Privacy Policy

CepKoin is a non-custodial wallet operated by VESTELDA OÜ. No account, name, e-mail address or telephone number is required. Wallet credentials are created or imported locally. We do not receive, store or recover your private key, PIN, recovery phrase or address-book contacts.
Information processed
- Public TRON addresses, balances and transaction identifiers are sent to our gateway when the app requests blockchain data.
- If you enable transaction notifications, we process a random installation identifier, push token, platform, app version, language and selected public TRON addresses. We do not collect a hardware identifier, advertising identifier, IMEI or contact list.
- IP address, timestamp, request ID and limited error details may be processed for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
- Language, currency, wallet labels and public contacts remain stored locally on your device.
Notification privacy
Push tokens and subscribed public addresses are pseudonymous service data. They are encrypted in our database and indexed with keyed hashes. Default lock-screen notifications do not include an address, balance or transfer amount. Disabling notifications deletes the anonymous installation and its subscriptions.
Third-party infrastructure
Blockchain and market requests may be fulfilled through TRONGrid and CoinGecko. Notifications may be delivered through Expo and Apple Push Notification Service or Firebase Cloud Messaging. Blockchain transactions are public and permanent.
Retention and control
Wallet secrets remain in iOS Keychain or Android Keystore until you remove the wallet or app. Notification delivery events are deleted after 30 days, and anonymous installations inactive for 90 days are deleted automatically. On-chain records cannot be deleted.
